A Flopsy Fish.

Flopsy Fish are a sub-species of Cheep-Cheep that appear in the games Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island DS. They are a more aggresive version of Cheep-Cheep that constantly jumps out of the water with it's mouth open in a curve. They cannot be turned into eggs if Yoshi eats them. Their most well-known appearance is in the Lunge Fish section of Up the Creek in Yoshi's Island DS. They appear with the Cheep-Cheep in the Island Museum.
