Ancient Minister: Difference between revisions

The '''Ancient Minister''' is the main antagonist of the ''Subspace Emissary'' in the game ''[[Super Smash Bros. Brawl]]''. He leads the [[Subspace Army]], and plans to pull the world into [[Subspace (SSB)|Subspace]], which is apparently a form of nothingness. He uses the [[Subspace Bomb]] to do this, as the weapon will devastate anything in the area. His face cannot be seen, only his eyes (in a similar fashion to [[Sir Grodus]]), . The bottom of his platform looks mechanical, and several blinking mechanical lights can be seen. Though he sets up Subspace Bombs throughout the storyline, he feels rather guilty about it as the R.O.Bs that detonate then perish in the explosion.

Later in the game, [[Ganondorf]] takes control of the R.O.B.s and programs them to detonate Subspace Bombs. The Ancient Minsiter tries to stop them, but he is shot by the R.O.B.s themselves and is set on fire. When Ganondorf summons Auroros to try to stop a group of fighters from destroying the R.O.Bs, the Ancient Minister destroys them and is revealed to be a R.O.B himself. He then helps the fighters for the rest of the game. The Ancient Minister was believed to have control over the [[Battleship Halberd|Halberd]], however, it was revealed that it was actually a group of Mr. Game & Watches piloting the ship.
