*In ''[[Mario Kart 8]]'', the Blue Falcon emit flames rather than the usual exhaust smoke from the other vehicle bodies in the game; in anti-gravity mode, the flames changes color depending on the strength of its mini turbo.
**It is also one of the few vehicles in the game to show a specific animation detail (the vehicle's wing flaps move whenever it performs a powerslide), the others being the Badwagon, Landship, Biddybuggy, and the Yoshi Bike.
*This is Baby Mario's only vehicle not to use his signature red color like other vehicles; however the color blue is Toad's signature color.
