Variants of a Species standard that are considered below the main variant (eg. a [[Big Boo]] is a sub-species of a [[Boo]]) therethrough a means of evolution, magic, a [[Power-Up]], or upsizing/downsizing. There are numerous other examples as well however while some are related to the species but that doesn't always necessarily mean it's a sub-species. Similar enemies on the same line are considered related instead of Sub-Species.
