Chef is a Game & Watch game, that is also found in Game & Watch Galleries 2 and 4. Its goal is to keep the food off the ground. If any food hits the ground, the player loses a life.

Peach holding a pan has to feed Yoshi by cooking the food the Mario brothers throw into the sky. If the food hits on Peach's pan, the player gets a point. If the food gets crispy, the player may have to feed it to Yoshi; feeding the Yoshi gains a few extra points. If the food goes on the floor, the player gets a miss. To make the mini-game more interesting, the different foods that the Mario Brother toss out each require different amount of flips before getting crispy. As the game progresses, the foods will start flying off in angles instead of simply going straight up.
