When chosen by a Poké Ball, Entei would make a vertical pillar of fire come down at itself. Anybody except for the player who chose it would get major damage done to them if they touched the fire. As a trophy, Entei could only be obtained by clearing the Trophy Tussle 2 event. In this event, the player had to battle the computer players in a free-for-all battle on top of a giant Entei trophy. Besides being shaped very strangely by stage standards, there were no side-effects on this stage. Entei also appeared in ''[[Super Smash Bros. Brawl]]'' as a Poké Ball Pokémon and trophy. Its attack was the same as in ''Melee'' when chosen from a Poké Ball.

Melee

A volcanic Fire-type, Entei is hotter than liquid magma and as tough as nails. This powerful creature was one of the three Pokémon running around the Burned Tower of Ecruteak City. It tends to wander all over the landscape, sprouting intense flames from its body.
