In the [[Subspace Emissary]], after [[Captain Falcon]]'s team tries to stop the [[R.O.B.]]s from destroying the factory his team is on, Falcon finds out it is no use so he calls his Falcon Flyer. Captain Falcon tells his team, [[Samus]], [[Pikachu]], [[Captain Olimar]], [[Donkey Kong]], [[Diddy Kong]], and now, [[R.O.B.]] to follow him. They all do and Captain Falcon snaps his finger and the Falcon Flyer arrives. The party gets on it and escapes the factory but [[Meta Ridley]] attacks and shakes the ship violently. However, Ridley is defeated and the ship escapes before they are sent to [[Subspace (SSB)|Subspace]]. The Falcon Flyer then meets the [[Halberd]] and the two ships pick up everyone at the desert.
The Falcon Flyer is next seen trying to stop [[Ganondorf]] and [[Bowser]]'s aircraft a long with the Hocotate
