A Heart Container is an item in The Legend of Zelda series, also used in the Super Smash Bros. series. In Super Smash Bros., Heart Containers healed all damage, returning the player's damage level to 0%. In Super Smash Bros. Melee, they were toned down a bit, instead healing 100% points of of damage. However, the three Heart Containers seen in the All-Star mode still healed all percent of damage. Heart Containers reappear in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, with a new appearance taken from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
