After making it through Shriek Mansion, Peach discovers wherean imprisoned Toad surrounded by Boos. The three Boos take the Toad with them, King Boo isappears and Peach engages him in combat. During the battle, King Boo fires blue homing [[Fireball|fireballs]] at Peach. Peach can damage King Boo with direct light, which is made by having his own flames light the candles spread throughout the room. After a few attacks, King Boo usesstarts his [[Gloom]] vibecrying, whichhis causestears him to cry, whichcan extinguishes the candle flames. After enough attacks, King Boo is eventually defeated.
