A '''Soccer Ball''' is the main focus of the games, ''[[Super Mario Strikers]]'' and ''[[Mario Strikers Charged]]''. In these games, players have to gain control of the Soccer Ball, and kick it into the goal, something done with either normal kicks, charge shots, [[Super Strike]]s (''Super Mario Strikers''), [[Mega Strike]]s (''Mario Strikers Charged''), and [[Skillshot]]s. A normal kick, charge shot and Skillshot result in one point, a Super Strike will score a player two points, while a Mega Strike can offer 0-6 points for a team.
A '''Soccer Ball''' is an item in ''[[Super Smash Bros. Brawl]]'' This item cannot be grabbed. To use it, it must be attacked, which will send it flying as it catches on fire and acts as a projectile before landing once again on the ground.
