The '''Bytan''' is a spherical creature with a large eye. If undisturbed, the Bytan will start multiplying, and become much harder to avoid. The best thing for the player to do when they come face to face with a Bytan is to defeat it before it heavily multiplies itself. There are also large Bytans that are much stronger than the normal smaller ones. It is identical to a character from the old Game Boy accessory, the [[Game Boy Camera]]. They resemble [[Voltorb]] from the [[Pokemon]] series.
