Samus, Pikachu, Olimar, DK, Diddy, and Captain Falcon try to detach the R.O.B.'s arms from the bombs, but it does not work. Ganondorf commands the [[Auroros|Subspace Army]] to attack the heroes, which they promptly do. Ganondorf disappears, and a multiman-battle begins. After the heroes win, Samus, Pikachu, Olimar, DK, Diddy, and R.O.B. (the Ancient Minister) still try to detach the R.O.B.s from the bombs, while Captain Falcon presses a few buttons on his glove. He yells "Come on!" to the others, and the other heroes follow.
After escaping the main part of the factory, the heroes jump from the top of a huge hole, where Captain Falcon snaps his fingers, where then the [[Falcon Flyer]] appears. All of them land on it, and the Flyer takes off, but [[Meta Ridley]] appears and follows the Flyer, starting a boss battle. The
