The stage takes place on the Mii apartments, featuring three levels with two rooms each and the roof; The room designs and Miis are different with each match, and the Miis inside the apartments are loaded from the system. Like [[Luigi's Mansion (stage)|Luigi's Mansion]] in ''[[Super Smash Bros. Brawl]]'', if a player is not standing inside a room, only the outside of the building shows. The outside of the building acts as a dropoff.
