However, it makes a short appearance in the ''[[Club Nintendo]]'' comic "[[Super Mario: Mario im Wunderland]]." Whispy Woods is the first creature [[Mario]] encounters in [[Wunderland]] when he accidently gets there ~~by accident~~. It does not serve as an enemy here, though; rather it advices Mario to go to [[Crab (wizard)\|Crab]], a wizard who is able to fulfill desires. Whispy Woods also appears in ''[[Super Smash Bros.]]'' in the [[Dream Land]] stage. Occasionally, it will blow in a certain direction, sometimes sending players off the stage.
