Bowletta retains [[Cackletta]]'s facial appearance, including her purple eyes, elongated head, massive mouth, and the two pink horn-like objects which had adorned her forehead. Bowletta is also slightly larger than Bowser, likely due to how tall Cackletta was in her original body. Otherwise, it closely resembles Bowser.
