Dizzy Dandies resemble the collectible [[Smiley Flower]]s, also floating in midair, but give off a mean expression. Whenever a [[Yoshi (species)|Yoshi]] approaches a Dizzy Dandy, it drops to the ground and rolls very quickly, squashing any enemies along its way. If it touches Yoshi, he takes damage. A Dizzy Dandy disappears after hitting a wall.
