Super Mario 64 DS
In Super Mario 64 DS, Eyerok makes an appearance. Like in its original appearance, it appears in Shifting Sand Land during the Stand Tall On The Four Pillars mission. When Mario enters its chamber and disturbs it, the two engage in battle. Eyerok's strategy remains unchanged: attacking Mario while leaving an eye exposed. Yoshi can also beat the boss with sweep kicks and using the fire from the torch on the arena.

It is possible to get into Eyerok's chamber through an alternate way with Luigi by backflipping off of the cube Eyerok resides in, punching the brick covering the hole, and entering the chamber.

Eyerok appears in one of the Super Mario-Kun comics. It appears on the cover of the sixteenth issue, which is based on Super Mario 64. As such, its role throughout the comic mimics its role in the game. Though more Super Mario 64 issues exist, Eyerok only appears in one.
