Made some fixes to match in-games names, also, went back to the 2007, 2010, and 2013 versions of the SMW and got some bonus content from there as well! :D

*There is a trick that makes it possible to explore the surface of the [[#Hot and Cold Planet|Hot and Cold Planet]]. The player must do a [[Super Mario Galaxy#Controls|triple jump]] right on the connecting ramp and then wall jump off the lip of the wall to access it.
