They act the same as Jumping Piranha Plants, and their main difference is that their bud is encased within a {{wp|Jack-o-Lantern}}. Jumping Pumpkin Plants repeatedly launch themselves in and out of a [[Warp Pipe|pipe]]. They can be defeated by either [[Fire Mario]] or Fire Luigi's [[fireball]]s or by touching it while under the effects of a [[Super Star|Starman]].
