Larry is the first boss in the PC version of ''[[Mario is Missing!]]'', where it takes a single blast from a [[Fire Flower]] to defeat him. He also taunts Luigi with the knowledge that he won't see his brother again, although he also admits that even he doesn't know the door Mario is trapped in. Eventually, after realizing that Luigi possesses a Fire Flower, and thus is capable of defeating him, Larry attempts to talk his way out by claiming that he's on Luigi's side, only for Luigi to ignore him. Larry does not appear in the [[Super Nintendo Entertainment System|SNES]] version of ''Mario is Missing!'', although he is pictured alongside the similarly-absent Morton and Lemmy in the manual of the SNES version.
