When Mario approaches the Monty Mole, he stops firing and tosses [[Bob-omb]]s at him. They can be disabled using [[F.L.U.D.D.|FLUDD]], and tossing a Bob-omb at the Monty Mole three times defeats him. Both battles with the Monty Mole are almost exactly the same.
