There are three possible colors pellets can have (namely red, blue and yellow), and each has a number on it that determines its size, although these factors make no difference to any damage they may deal. When a pellet is thrown into an [[pikipedia:Onion|Onion]] that may appear on the stage, the Onion will use up the pellet to release items.
