Shadow Moses Island is a default stage in the game Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It is from the first Metal Gear Solid game, and acts as Snake's home stage. The walls on either side can be destroyed with normal attacks, allowing for players to be launched out of the screen from the sides, thus, causing them to lose a life.
If 15 matches are played here, Snake will be unlocked.
On this stage, Snake can use his codec to get information about his enemies by Otacon, the Colonel, Mei Ling and Slippy. He can trigger the conversations with a taunt. They have no influence on the actual battle.

Trivia
- If the player continously uses Snake's taunt here, he was get a RUX Call about his foe from the rest of his crew.
- Metal Gear will appear in the background sometimes. Only two from the series appear, which is Metal Gear REX and Metal Gear RAY. They do not do anything however.
- A spotlight will aim around, and if it catches a player, it leaves an ! mark above the player. Like in the Metal Gear Solid games, Snake will not get a sign if he is in a box from his taunt.
