The '''Blue Falcon''' is a small [[kart]] that appears in ''[[Mario Kart Wii]]'' and appears in ''[[Mario Kart 8]]'' as DLC. It is modeled after the actual [[Blue Falcon]] vehicle used by [[Captain Falcon]] in the [[f-zerowiki:F-Zero (series)|''F-Zero'' series]]. The Blue Falcon in ''Mario Kart Wii'' is based on its more modern design from ''[[f-zerowiki:F-Zero X|F-Zero X]]'' on the N64, while the one in ''Mario Kart 8''
The Blue Falcon can be unlocked in ''Mario Kart Wii'' by winning the [[Lightning Cup]] in [[Mirror Mode]]. It does not have a [[bike]] counterpart for the small size class, being more similar to the medium bike [[Sneakster]] and the heavy bike [[Spear]].
