Taunt: Difference between revisions

In the Smash series, this move is typically done as a way to brag after KOing another player. It is unknown if this move will be in ''[[Super Smash Bros. Brawl]]''. Interestingly, [[Luigi]]'s taunt (which happens to be a modest kick to the ground) is the only one capable of harming an opponent character, though it only does 1% damage, and [[Kirby]]'s "harms" him in the way that he loses his current copy ability (example: If Kirby has sucked [[Yoshi]] and has his powers, he will lose them after taunting). However this is sometimes ana useful move.

In the [[Mario]] Party series, each character has a taunt- – however it is unlockable. This taunt does nothing useful, and the player just shouts something offensive to a character. In the ''Mario Golf'' series when an opponent is about to hit a ball, the player can taunt the opponent- – thought this is also useless if you are playing againts another player the taunt may distract the other player. Also the player can cheer for the opponents as well in the golf series.
