Candy Kong is an Kong character, Donkey Kong's girlfriend and first female of the Donkey Kong franchise. Just like the Kongs, she helps the heroes a lot and very romantic.

Candy is a gorilla with pale-pink skin, reddish brown fur, blonde hair, blue eyes, pink lipstick and well known in the games for always wearing pink outfits. In Donkey Kong Country, she wears a pink maillot and pink bow tie with white polka dots. In Donkey Kong 64, she wears a pink shirt with her name written on it, pink shorts, a black belt with a silver buckle, pink sneakers with white parts and a blue walkman. In current games, she uses the same outfit with was used in Donkey Kong 64.
History
Games
Candy Kong meets Donkey Kong & Diddy Kong for the first time in Donkey Kong Country.[1] In that same game, Candy provides to save game at her point.
In Donkey Kong 64, Candy set up a music shop where she sell the mighty musical instruments in respect for the 5 Kongs, Watermelons and times. She also appears in K. Rool's final battle where she distracts the big Kritter villain and so Funky Kong shoots him with big shoe.
In DK: King of Swing and DK: Jungle Climber, Candy appears in the intro and complete ending. In Donkey Kong Barrel Blast and DK: Jungle Climber, Candy keep various challenges and minigames.
Media
In Donkey Kong Country television series, Candy Kong has a completely different personality, but she likes DK as in games. She is the only employee at the Bluster Barrelworks where he likes her too. For her beauty, charm and always being close to DK, this was an opportunity for the Kremlings to create her robotic clone.
