This however, is false as the Spike Traps share little design resemblances to the basic Spikes, the regular Spikes appear as singular Spikes while Spike Traps are orbs that are composed of Spikes around them, additionally, Spike Traps are often seen floating something that regular Spikes aren't ever seen doing.
