Super Smash Bros. Melee is the second installment of the Super Smash Bros. series. It is a Nintendo GameCube game which was developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo. Super Smash Bros. Melee was originally released in Japan and North America in 2001, and would later become a launch title in both Europe and Australia.
