Also, Monty does have a similar attack pattern to Rocky Wrench, but they have nothing else in common to the Monty Mole species besides that. Some people also say the Undergrunt species look like classic renditions of Monty Moles (mainly the Super Mario World design), but honestly they just look more like giant rats more than Monty Mole species.
