Use the template to categorize Audio samples using {{Audio}}, or by selecting it in the dropdown box of the Upload page.

To specify the game title, please edit the template by adding e.g. for Super Mario World, {{Audio|Super Mario World}}. This will add the screenshot to its specific Music Media category.
