The '''Yellow Devil''' is a stage boss who appears on the [[Wily Castle]] stage in ''[[Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U]]'' and later ''[[Super Smash Bros. Ultimate]]''. A recurring character and boss in the ''Mega Man'' series, the Yellow Devil appears at random, appearing from the background. It attacks as it does in its series of origin by moving piece by piece from one side of the stage to another and by shooting lasers out of its eye, which is also its only weak point. When the Yellow Devil is defeated, it will explode and damage everyone caught in it except the person who landed the final blow and that person's team if friendly fire is off.
