Balloon Boos are enemies which only appear in New Super Mario Bros. They appear in in World 4-Ghost House. Balloon Boos are Boos with pink cheeks and sport a tail resembling that of a balloon, as their name would suggest.

They appear large at first, but when looked away from, they approach the player while expelling air and shrinking.
