As the name suggests, Super Mario Game Collection 21 features 21 Mario-themed board games based on Super Mario World and Super Mario Kart, as well as having various artwork of characters and enemies from said games.

- Interestingly enough, the artwork of Monty Mole used in Super Mario Game Collection 21 seems to be a very rare piece of artwork very similar to a piece of artwork of Monty Mole from Super Mario World. However, this artwork depicts Monty Mole without sunglasses, making them greatly resemble their appearance in Super Mario Kart. The origins of this unique Monty Mole artwork remain unknown.
