Welcome to the wiki, hope you like it here! I actually didn't create it (it's HannahMontanaFan who did), but I founded all of the affiliates in the side-section. Sure thing; as sitenotice suggests, this wiki is based on the MarioWiki from its earlier days & shares the compatible CC-BY-SA license. Sure, though I need to get breakfast. I'll be back in perhaps a few hours or so, if that helps (I need to do morning chores as well). To give further context to this place, I decided on the name "Mariopedia" and bought the domain, styled the site & did the background graphic, as I could tell the actual founder (HMfan) was trying to create a Mario wiki based on the earlier days of the main one Bawitdaba (talk) 13:06, September 5, 2022 (UTC)

A PipeProject

The abandoned feature from MarioWiki -- PipeProjects -- I repurposed for here. I made one at PipeProject:Monty Moles, as I can tell we have several ideas on articles for Monty Moles and their relatives & could be best to organize the ideas. Bawitdaba (talk) 13:39, September 5, 2022 (UTC)

Yeah I am good wit doing that when I get more time today. And PipeProjects -- I think could think of them as like class projects. In this case the Monty Mole-related subjects & improving upon their articles, and once satisfactory, the goals can be marked as completed and eventually the PipeProject itself (although the thing with wikis is the work is neverending but this is more about getting the Monty Mole-related articles up to speed). Ok I added the stuff to the Mawful Mole pages (besides images), I am going to take a small break so are you cool with helping add more Monty Mole species pages (including the manga ones)? Also, should the Chubby page be deleted since it was basically only just a very minor Monty Mole very briefly mentioned in the Mario Kart 64 instruction booklet and nowhere else? It was a certain section that I got most of my scans from that went private. Also I am nearly done with making the pages (besides the enlarged Monty Moles). No that wasn’t it, in fact I did not know that archive existed until you told me. I tried downloading it but it was too big so mind checking volumes 24, 33, and 34 to see if they have any Monty Mole species since those were the only volumes I did not check? They have a pretty major role in that series as basically their own character (even if they are still referred to as a Monty Mole, could it be like the Mario Party Advance Monty Mole)? Thank you for that PipeProject list

It's just an overwhelming amount of tasks, if that makes sense, and we weren't able to complete it all in one day, so it's better if it's sorted as a bullet list (hence reason I did the PipeProject & looks like it was a good idea to revive the feature over here). Know what I mean? Also, I'll take your word for the Mario Portal thing, but I still think that at least some English names, such as Moofish, are better than nothing. @Bawitdaba: I am back, so for the Super Mario 4koma Manga Theater section should I group all the strips into a singular volume like how it is with other manga appearances, or do I keep it as is where each strip is spaced out? I could probably finish up the two galleries you mentioned, but as for Monty Mole info -- it will need to come to me first. I could possibly add a List of appearances section -- I did add something on the Monty Mole article's Mario Kart 64 section, if that's of any help. Worn a bit thin

I think I'm going to take a break from editing Monty/Rocky Wrench species-related pages (perhaps aside from List of appearances) because I'm worn thin from all that hard work at porting over all this Monty-related stuff over the past 2 or so days & altering it for the wiki. @Bawitdaba: Yeah I understand, it is fine to take a break (sometimes I get tired to and take a small break from editing). It can be stressful sometimes and I understand. So after the list of appearances stuff you will take the break right, and after your break will you still help with the pages, just curious? I can still help edit the pages for you so that is fine. Like I said, I'll still be editing. Aside GB/GBC screenshots aside as well as List of appearance, can't immediately think of how else to help on those articles (though I could check the PipeProject list). Don’t worry I am not mad or anything, after all we do need a breather every once in a while, that is why I only make like one or two major edits a day and mostly just make smaller edits. Seeing as you love Monty Moles so much, you could go to Meta and request starting a wiki specifically on Monty Moles. It could have theories, stuff on your Monty Mole iceberg, etc. Does this idea sound good? I checked, and the in-game voice does not provide names for big/winged & big winged Rocky & Monty variants in Mario Maker. Not sure about searching for species stuff.i could check if sprites for those variants on Spriters Resource. Bawitdaba (talk) 23:54, September 19, 2022 (UTC)
