Welcome to the wiki, hope you like it here! I actually didn't create it (it's HannahMontanaFan who did), but I founded all of the affiliates in the side-section. I often don't like to advertise, but I felt the Yoshipedia thing was unique (Monty Moles are counted as part of both the Mario & Yoshi franchise) & I remember seeing your username on MarioWiki on Fandom Bawitdaba (talk) 12:46, September 5, 2022 (UTC)

Sure thing; as sitenotice suggests, this wiki is based on the MarioWiki from its earlier days & shares the compatible CC-BY-SA license. Sure, though I need to get breakfast. I'll be back in perhaps a few hours or so, if that helps (I need to do morning chores as well). To give further context to this place, I decided on the name "Mariopedia" and bought the domain, styled the site & did the background graphic, as I could tell the actual founder (HMfan) was trying to create a Mario wiki based on the earlier days of the main one Bawitdaba (talk) 13:06, September 5, 2022 (UTC)

I am editing in the information but I would very much appreciate if you helped add images back, so far I made the Monty Mole page have the manga section as the previous revision but the other info from the main page. MontyMoleLoreMaster (talk) 13:09, September 5, 2022 (UTC)

Also I am planning for the Big Monty Mole page and the Mega Monty Mole page to be much different than what is on Mario Wiki since it would be split into two different pages (and also Super Choropū). MontyMoleLoreMaster (talk) 13:11, September 5, 2022 (UTC)

A PipeProject

The abandoned feature from MarioWiki -- PipeProjects -- I repurposed for here. I made one at PipeProject:Monty Moles, as I can tell we have several ideas on articles for Monty Moles and their relatives & could be best to organize the ideas. Bawitdaba (talk) 13:39, September 5, 2022 (UTC)

Quick question, are you cool helping upload all the Monty Mole species images from the Super Mario Wiki into this wiki? Also how do PipeProjects work exactly? MontyMoleLoreMaster (talk) 13:42, September 5, 2022 (UTC)

Yeah I am good wit doing that when I get more time today. And PipeProjects -- I think could think of them as like class projects. In this case the Monty Mole-related subjects & improving upon their articles, and once satisfactory, the goals can be marked as completed and eventually the PipeProject itself (although the thing with wikis is the work is neverending but this is more about getting the Monty Mole-related articles up to speed). The talk page is for where discussion relating to the project is at (I already started a question as an example). Bawitdaba (talk) 13:49, September 5, 2022 (UTC)

Will you also help me with making the pages, so far I have been copying and pasting the info from Super Mario Wiki but making minor adjustments like fixing errors. Some pages like Big Monty Mole I wont make just yet cause I am planning to split that page into Big Monty Mole, Mega Monty Mole, and Super Choropū. Also, I might take a break from editing for now but are you cool with helping create pages and uploading images as well to help out? Also, is it cool if the origami variants of enemies get their own pages (like what the fandom wiki does)?
