Jungle Hijinxs, alternatively spelled Jungle Hijinx,[1][2] is the very first level of Donkey Kong Country and the place where Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong begin their adventure to reclaim their bananas stolen by King K. Rool and his gang of Kremlings. Being the first level, Jungle Hijinxs is found in the first world, Kongo Jungle. It is where Donkey Kong's Treehouse, the home of Donkey Kong, is located, and the Banana Hoard can be accessed from underneath it. In the original Super Nintendo version, the level turns dark at the very end, segueing into the next level Ropey Rampage.
