The Shifting Sands Stage,[1] also referred to as just Shifting Sands,[2] is the fourth world in Mario Pinball Land. Mario encounters Pokeys, Lakitus, Spikeys, and Kleptos. Mario can enter the Egyptian Koopa's pyramid and find Snakes and Shy Guys as well as two of Toad's tents, on the left and right sides. In the inner sanctum, Mario fights the Egyptian Koopa. Using his magic against him, Mario defeats the boss and takes the Star Key to proceed to the Fiery Stage.
