Temple (stage)
Temple is a stage in Super Smash Bros. Melee. It is the largest selectable stage in Super Smash Bros. Melee. Although this stage never actually appeared in a The Legend of Zelda series game, it is made up of several different temples and castles that appeared in the The Legend of Zelda series, most of which were from Zelda II: The Adventure of Link. The music is taken from this game as well. The stage reappears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The game even features a new remix of the music that plays on the stage known as "Temple/Great Temple".
In Super Smash Bros. Melee, the alternate background music of the Temple is from Fire Emblem. Because Marth and Roy from the Fire Emblem series do not have their own stage, their music was added here instead.
