Bullies are a metallic sub-species of the standard Bullies that made their debut in Super Mario 3D World. Unlike the standard Bullies, these Bullies are made of a blue shiny metal, their horns are golden and are bent forward with dark stripes at the base. Also, they have rims just above their feet and red eyes, and make a metal sound when jumped on. Also, they no longer grunt.
History
Super Mario 3D World
The blue Bullies first appear in Super Mario 3D World. Like their cousins before them, they charge at the Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, or Rosalina and can be knocked back using projectiles like fireballs. Bullies will pause and teeter when pushed to the edge of a platform, giving you time to land the final hit. If they are not knocked off, they will regain their balance and continue charging at the player.
Bullies can also be defeated instantly by using the Lucky Cat Statue. Their probable leader, Prince Bully, also appears in this game.

Bullies appear in Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam as an enemy, making this their first appearance in an RPG. They are encountered at Mount Brrr. They mainly attack by charging at Mario, Luigi, or Paper Mario.

- While these Bullies are made of metal, it is unclear if the standard Bullies are as well but they most likely aren't as they appear more glossy.
