Giant Buzz Saws (also called Giant Grinders) are larger versions of Buzz Saws that appear in Super Mario Galaxy 2 and New Super Mario Bros. 2. In Super Mario Galaxy 2, they act the same as normal Buzz Saws, but are slower, and generally cut down larger platforms. In New Super Mario Bros. 2, they only appear in World 3-, and like normal Buzz Saws, they can only be defeated with an Invincibility Leaf and a Star. They tend to come from the ceiling or from underwater and chase Mario for a while before retreating.
