Sad Raven

Sad Raven is an enemy found on Vibe Island in the game, Super Princess Peach. Sad Ravens are different from normal Ravens in that they are a light blue color and are always crying. In fact, their cries get so loud, they stun Princess Peach for a few seconds. It is possible that a Sad Raven could be a Mini-Raven as they are the same size as one.
According to the game's Glossary, it is "So sad, it sometimes causes earthquakes."
