Zeus Guy
First appearance Yoshi's Island DS (2006)
Species origin Snifit

Scorchits (also called Zeus Guys or Fire Snifits) are sub-species of Snifits in Yoshi's Island DS. They share their name (which comes from the Greek god, Zeus) with a kind of Bandit found in the original Yoshi's Island. While the bandits throw energy balls at Yoshi, the Scorchits have the ability to fire four balls of fire that harm Yoshi. They can inadvertently help Yoshi out by melting unbreakable ice that even Baby Bowser cannot reach. Scorchits appear in the Island Museum in the subterranean enemy exhibit.
