Mettaurs, also referred to as simply Mets, are a recurring enemy in the Mega Man franchise. In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, Mettaurs appear as enemies in the Smash Run mode. They behave like they do in their series of origin, firing three bullets in different directions in front of them before retreating underneath their helmet. While they are hiding under the helmet they cannot be harmed by any attacks, though they can still be grabbed and thrown.
