Riki is one of the seven playable characters in Xenoblade Chronicles. He is a Nopon regarded as the "Heropon" of Frontier Village, but this is mostly so that he can repay all of his debts. Though he acts immature, he is still a loyal member of Shulk's group as they fight against the Mechon.

In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U, Riki appears as an Assist Trophy. After being summoned, he uses a variety of his Battle Arts: Happy Happy increases the attack and launching power of all fighters, Freezinate temporarily freezes nearby opponents (dealing minor damage as well), Yoink! brings all items closer to him, Bedtime temporarily puts nearby enemies to sleep, You Can Do It lightly heals all fighters, and Roly Poly trips all grounded opponents. Riki also makes an appearance alongside Dunban in Shulk's Final Smash, Chain Attack.
