Choropūko (チョロプー) is a female big Monty Mole mother that appears in volume 23 of Super Mario-kun. Choropūko resembles an ordinary big Monty Mole, but with additional lipstick and fangs. Her name comes from「チョロプー」(Choropū), the Monty Mole's Japanese name, and「子」(-ko), a common female given name suffix.

When Mario, Yoshi, and Toad putt golf balls into Choropūko's home, she comes up from her home and tells them to stop. As a warning for them to leave, Choropūko then throws rocks at the trio. Mario tries going back to Choropūko's home to defeat her, however, Mario is shocked when Choropūko pulls out a massive boulder to throw at at the trio for them trying to invade her privacy once again. Mario then kicks Choropūko in the mouth in-order to defeat her. However, she then drops the boulder on Mario and his friends from the initial shock before then proceeding to claw up the trio for attempting to attack her. Toad then proceeds to pull out a Super Star from his pants that Mario uses to power up his Golf Club. Mario uses his powered up golf club in-order to putt several golf balls at Choropūko, much to her shock. Fortunately however, Choropūko's children would be able to catch the golf balls (though some of her children got hit by the golf balls), protecting both themselves and Choropūko. Choropūko then starts crying, telling the trio to not hurt her children, as she only attacked the trio to keep her children safe. After Mario, Yoshi, and Toad understood that Choropūko was not evil, the trio would leave her and her children alone, with them saying goodbye to each other as well.
