Clubberskulls are large monsters from Kid Icarus: Uprising. They resemble a human heart with two skull-like gauntlets in each hand. They are one of the strongest enemies in the game, as it takes many attacks to defeat them and they have significant attack powers. In this game, they sometimes appear as a single skull with chains that bind it; if Pit attacks it, it will break free and rise up from the ground.

Clubberskulls appear as an enemy in the Smash Run mode from Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS. Like in the original game, it is seen trapped inside the ground; if player attacks it, it will rise up and let out a shock wave that damages a player. It will either attack a player with small melee attacks, a powerful uppercut, or a powerful swinging attack. They are, like in the original, difficult to defeat as they have massive amount of hit points; if a player manages to defeat them, they will drop three or five stat boosts that raise players' stats by 200 points, along with many prizes such as equipments and powers. One of Smash Run missions includes defeating a Clubberskull.
