Cuccos are a species of chickens and a recurring element found in the Legend of Zelda series. They appear as a new item in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U, and as an enemy in Smash Run exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS installment. Once they are spawned on the stage, they will walk around harmlessly until a player attacks one, or one is thrown at another player. Once this happens, a flock of Cuccos will fly in and attack the player that triggered the flock, similar to their appearances in The Legend of Zelda. Trivia
- In the WarioWare: Smooth Moves microgame, Ocarina of Time, Link turns into a Cucco if the player pulls out the sword on the hardest difficulty.
