The Shaydas is a demon-like enemy made of Shadow Bugs. It has two heads and very long and sharp blades on its arms and shoulders. Using this blade, Shaydas can inflict a massive amount of damage on the player. The red glowing core on its chest is the Shaydas's weak point. They are encountered in the Subspace Emissary.
