Jumping Venus Fire Traps[citation needed] (also called Fire Jumping Piranhas[citation needed] or Jumping Fire Piranha Plants[1]) are a variant of both a Jumping Piranha Plant and a Venus Fire Trap. They make their only appearance in Super Mario World and its reissues. A Jumping Venus Fire Trap has the behavior of a Jumping Piranha Plant in that it jumps high out of a pipe and a Venus Fire Trap in that it spits out fireballs. A Jumping Venus Fire Trap spits out two fireballs while launching out of a Warp Pipe, and each fireball travels in a separate direction.
