Roturret
File:Subspace Army Unknown2.jpg
First appearance Super Smash Bros. Brawl (2008)
Latest appearance Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS (2014)

A Roturret is a mechanized skull with a giant arrow for a body flanked by two guns. It is encountered in the Subspace Emissary. It attacks by shooting with its guns. When hit, it will face another direction, but very soon, turn back to face the player and continue shooting. It has a blind spot in its center.

Roturrets return in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, in the 3DS-exclusive mode Smash Run, behaving identically to the previous game.

Trophy descriptions

Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Name Image Game Description
Roturret File:BrawlTrophy107.png Wii Super Smash Bros. Brawl An enemy with a skeletal face at the center of its inner section that deals damage with a rotating attack. Despite a 360-degree attack range, it has a blind spot between its two cannons. It spins toward characters and shoots three shots at a time, spraying spent shells and occasionally reloading. This foe is pretty smart--it'll cease fire when you put up your guard.

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS

Name Image Description
Roturret This enemy from the Subspace Army in Super Smash Bros. Brawl hangs in the air and fires at fighters with its two cannons. The last of the three pairs of shots it fires has much higher launching capabilities, so watch out! Hitting it between the two cannons can disrupt its firing–or even completely destroy it!
